Our Calgary facility is equipped to support aircraft projects from initial construction through completion, with dedicated spaces for composites, avionics, machining, and client work.
10,000 sq ft Workshop
Our workshop provided the space needed to accommodate multiple aircraft projects at the same time, with room for both aircraft construction and specialized work.
3,000 sq ft Office Space
Our office includes a welcoming reception area, meeting space, and private breakout rooms where clients can work while their aircraft is in the shop.
Dedicated Composites Clean Room
Our dedicated composite area provides a controlled workspace for carbon fibre, fibreglass, and other specialist materials. Our team has experience with traditional wet layups, vacuum bagging, and vacuum forming.
Avionics Lab
Our dedicated avionics lab provides a clean workspace for designing, building, and installing aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
Dedicated Machine Shop
Our machine shop is equipped with milling, drilling, and lathe equipment for manufacturing complex components from steel, aluminium, titanium, and other alloys.
